Sasuke stands behind Kabuto, his sword piercing through Kabuto's shoulder. His face is distorted with anger.
Sasuke: You defile my brother by using your filthy edo technique on him! that white scum didn't tell me that!
Kabuto: kukuku sasuke..
Sasuke: Your death will be much more painful for this. Die! Amaterasu!!
Kabuto's head and torso are suddenly covered in black flames he starts writhing in pain.
Kabuto: If this is the extent of your growth sasuke then my death won't be coming for a while.
We see kabuto appear out of the shade of the cliff face which is about 20 feet away. The Amaterasu flames start going down as the body beneath them melts into a pile of goo.
Sasuke: Hmph Orochimaru's retarded technique, such a disgusting thing is below my gaze now.
A black sword suddenly pierces the top of Kabuto's head and travels diagonally down and out of his mouth before it slices into the ground.
We see sasuke standing high up on a ledge off the wall of the cliff behind Kabuto. His Susanoo is formed and the black sword is coming out of its second hand.
Sasuke: you forgot i was also his pupil as well you snake, do not try to hide from my eyes.
Kabuto melts into a pile of goo again, his voice suddenly sounds out of nowhere; Orochimaru sama only ever had one disciple. Guinea pigs shouldn't hold themselves in such high regard Sasuke kukukuku.
Sasuke?!! soo you can use it more than once and you think yourself as immortal as him hahahahaha fine let me release you too!
The amaterasu sword pulls back and then strikes forward and down towards the pile of goo on the ground. The goo flies off to the side and reforms into Kabuto.
Kabuto: so you realised. kukuku, your eyes certainly have improved sasuke but you'll need to be much faster than...
Sasuke: I don't need to move at all for the likes of you snake!
suddenly something grabs Kabuto's neck from behind, his body is electrocuted all over. It's sasuke's clone from before which hadn't dispersed.
Kabuto:?!?!!! aaarghhh...but you...had...
Sasuke: no it hadn't, I just decided to move him out of your sight, now die
Madarra: Enough Sasuke!! you cannot kill him yet. Madarra swirls into the scene next to Kabuto and Sasuke's clone.
Sasuke: Don't think to order me around, he is my prey and shall dispose of him! and you too if you interfere!
Madarra: (Shit he's worse than before, I need to direct his anger quickly before he becomes as useless as nagato.) Sasuke if you kill him then
Itachi: then you will force the soul of your brother to endlessly roam this world and never find peace!
We see itachi standing at the top of the cliff looking down at the whole scene
Sasuke looking up: Itachi?!!
Itachi: I guess I was wrong about many things sasuke... it looks like there was another time after all.
scene Switches to Naruto
The nine tails is on the floor and has been thrown on its back it looks completely beat up and ragged. Naruto is standing on its stomach looking even worse, his jacket is completely ripped at the front, his face is all cut up and bloodied too.
Naruto: Its done partner, I win. Do you agree?!
9 Tails: grrrr yes you have won Uzumaki Naruto. I admit defeat.
Naruto: you could sound happier nine tails, at least you don't have to die!
9 tails: anything is better than a cage Uzumaki Naruto, even death. I hate this cage, I hate this world and above all I hate you ninja who did this to me!

Itachi: The edo tensei technique was created by the second Hokage but once it was used there were only 3 ways to undo it.

Itachi: the first is if the soul itself finds peace but that is an option that is no longer available to me anymore because of you my brother.

Itachi: The second is if the edo user themselves release the technique before they die and let the soul go back to the afterlife...and the final way...is the dead demon seal created by the 2nd hokage as a last resort against this technique where the soul is trapped inside the belly of the shinigami and suffers for eternity.
